​What are your hours of operation?  Monday - Thursday(11:30 AM - 9:30 PM) Friday (11:30 AM - 10:30 PM) Saturday (11:00 AM - 10:30 PM ) and Sunday (11:00 AM - 9:30 PM ).

Where are you located? 

Our restaurant is nestled in the heart of Palo Alto, near University Avenue, at 420 Ramona Street, Palo Alto, 94301.

Do you take reservations?

Yes, we encourage reservations. You can book a table through our website, by phone, or via Open Table. Walk-ins are also welcome based on availability. We offer a 15-minute grace period and encourage you to notify us if you're running late so we can do our best to hold your table.​

 

Do you offer takeout or delivery? 

No, we do not offer takeout or delivery at this time. We invite you to join us for an in-person dining experience!

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options

Absolutely! We offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes, which can be found under our 'Flores' section (meaning "flowers" in Spanish). Feel free to ask our staff for recommendations

 

Can you accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions?​

Yes! Please inform your server about any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, please note that while we take precautions, cross-contamination is always a possibility.

Do you offer gluten free options?

Yes, we have gluten-free dishes available. However, please note that our kitchen is not completely gluten-free, so there may be a risk of cross-contamination.

Do you offer halal or kosher options?  

At the moment, we do not have certified halal or kosher options, but some of our dishes may align with those dietary preferences. Please feel free to ask our staff for recommendations.

 

Is your restaurant family-friendly or have a kids's menu?

Yes! We welcome families and offer a comfortable atmosphere for guests of all ages. While we don’t have a dedicated kids' menu, most of our dishes can be enjoyed by children. High chairs are also available for your convenience.

 

Do you have outdoor seating?

We do not have outdoor dining area available.  

 

Is there a dress code? 

We encourage smart-casual attire, but there is no strict dress code.  

 

Do you offer private dining or event bookings?

Yes, we host private events and group reservations! Please contact us at parties@macarenarestaurant.com for more details.

Do you charge a service charge for parties +6 guests?

For parties of six or more, a 20% service charge will be thoughtfully added to the bill to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Cake Cutting Fee

At Macarena, we love celebrations and are honored to be part of your special moments! While our desserts are absolutely fabulous and celebration-ready, if you choose to bring your own cake, there is a cutting fee of $15 per cake sliced.

 

Do you have a bar or serve alcohol?

Yes! Our bar area is first-come, first-served. We offer a selection of wines, cocktails, and spirits to enhance your dining experience. Please note that guests under 21 are not permitted at the bar, and a valid ID is required for alcohol service.

Can I bring my own wine or spirits?

We offer an exceptional selection of wines on our menu, but we understand that you may want to bring a special bottle with sentimental or gift value. If so, we have a corkage fee of $40 per bottle, with a maximum of three bottles per table.

Do you have parking available? 

Nearby public parking is available for up to 2 hours in front of the restaurant and in surrounding areas of Palo Alto.

Is your restaurant wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we are fully accessible. If you need any assistance, our staff will be happy to help.  

 

Do you offer gift cards? 

Yes! We believe the best way to show appreciation for your loved ones is through food. The Macarena experience is all about enjoyment and sharing special moments. Gift cards are available for purchase in-house and online.

 

Do you allow pets or service animals?

Pets indoors are not allowed unless they are service animals.
